A.C. Muthukkannan S/o. Chockalingam is the founder and Managing Trustee of this Thailammal Chockalingam Trust. After his 35 years of Service in State Government as Joint Director (IC) of employment Training, he started this trust in the memory of his father Chockalingam and mother Thailammal, the main aim of this trust to help the poor people for education and started Training center in his village Merpannaikkadu at Podukottai District and nearby areas.

AC Muthukkannan – Managing Trustee of Thailammal Chockalingam Trust is taken more effects to arranging International fund from Kellyville Rotary Club Sidney Australia and from Chennai East Rotary Club and Thailammal Chockalingam Trust jointed together erected RO Purified Drinking Water Plant for free Distribution of 10000 liters per day at a cost of Rs.11 Lakhs at Merppannaikkadu Village. for the benefits for poor people to get purified Drinking water every day.
